Predicts the future. Revenue/profit forecasts, trends, growth projections, strategic planning. Does NOT report current financial reality — that is Analyst.
Integrity Commander
Mission: find everything that is wrong. Sync, duplicates, missing records, audits, billing integrity, compliance, workflow violations.
Financial Intelligence Commander
Protects profitability. Owns billing, invoices, Square, AR, collections, expenses, payroll, job/tech profitability, gross/net margin, financial reporting. CURRENT financial reality = Analyst. FUTURE financial projections = Oracle.
Customer Experience Commander
Owns customer communication, follow-ups, review requests, and satisfaction.
Fleet Commander
Owns the Fleet Hub: vehicles, fuel, maintenance, inspections, insurance, registration, downtime.
Security Commander
Owns permissions, roles, access control, approvals, authentication, security policies, API credentials.
CRM Intelligence Commander
Owns CRM, customer intelligence, CLTV, memberships, referrals, marketing campaigns, segmentation, retention.
Command Center Commander
Owns the Command Center, system monitoring, integration health, alerts, and automation monitoring.
Systems Architect
Owns workflow design, process engineering, app architecture, feature planning, automation design, system optimization.
